Personalised Jewellery
    •    All personalised items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable due to the custom nature of the pieces.
    •    We do not offer exchanges on any personalised items, so please double-check all details before confirming your order.

Reporting Issues
    •    Any faults, defects, or issues with your order must be reported within 5 days of receiving your item. Please contact us via email 📧 kendallsjewellerybox@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Warranty Information
    •    Cubic Zirconia (CZ) Stone Jewellery:
All CZ stone pieces come with a 12-week warranty. If any stones or crystals fall out during this time, we will replace or repair the item free of charge.
After 12 weeks, any repairs or replacements will incur a fee.
    •    Lab-Grown Diamond Necklaces:
These pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty. This covers any manufacturing faults or issues related to the setting or stones.
